Silvia Ziche

Silvia Ziche has been one of Mickey Mouse’s most important pencils for over thirty years.

Famous for the very long bizarre sagas such as Topokolossal, Il Papero del Mistero and Il grande Splash, he also has the task of introducing the magazine to readers every week with the cartoons of the series Che aria tira a Paperopoli / Che aria tira a Topolinia, published on the first page of the booklet.

His debut in the world of comics dates back to 1987 on Linus.

Over the years he has collaborated with Cuore and Smemoranda, she has published the series ¡Infierno! and Quei due,, written by Tito Faraci, and drew special stories of Diabolik, in which the King of Terror lives unpublished funny adventures.

Since 2006 on Donna Moderna tells in humorous cartoons the daily vicissitudes of Lucrezia, a woman like many struggling with anxieties, limping loves, work and diets, and protagonist of the Cartoon Club 2023 poster.

Silvia Ziche’s latest book is La gabbia, published in 2022 by Feltrinelli Comics and among the most interesting editorial proposals of the year.

Momentarily putting aside pure humor, Ziche told the tragic dysfunctional relationship between mother and daughter, in a dense and deep book, although drawn with his typical fresh and cartoonish style.
